My house is going on a technology lockdown right now so I really won't be able to do much blogging.
I might use this blog later for sharing insights that I get for life/God/country.

Moving, Skullcandy, Memorial Day and A Capella!
Last Wednesday me and Bryson helped our next door neighbors move out of their house. We got done two and a half hours later just as everyone else shows up to help.
My neighbor gave me a pair of Skullcandy headphones as a thank you gift for helping him move. I'm really enjoying them!
And on Memorial day I went to a concert staring Pentatonix, Delilah and Vocal Point. It rocked! (literally!)

Play debrief
I just got done performing in the SCERA's Thoroughly Modern Millie. It was AWESOME! We only performed once, which was sad. But we made that one time the best performance ever!
Right before I went on stage for the first number I was so excited! That was the best part of the entire performance for me. Waiting backstage to go on. No idea why.
One cool random piece of information, in the SCERA's green room they have a TV hooked up to a camera so you can watch the people onstage and see what's going on. There were a couple of time when we are watching the TV and realize that we have to be on soon. Good thing I can run really fast.
So after the ending bows and the play is officially over I go out to the lobby with everyone else so our parents can congratulate us and take a million pictures, and I talk to my friend and the first thing she says is "Are you wearing makeup?" No, I'm not wearing makeup. I just got done with a play. Why would I ever be wearing makeup? Yes, I was wearing makeup. Still am, five hours four hours later as I post on my blog. Not that you can tell that I am. Even one of the actors asked if I was wearing makeup while we were in the green room in the middle of the play! I'm pretty sure he saw the stage manager put the makeup on my face. She did a really good job!
So that is a little bit of my play experience.

I have been drinking the waters of inspiration, through a fire hose! That's what it's felt like for me over the weekend!
I went to the TJEd Family Forum on Friday and Saturday. It was in Salt Lake City at the Salt Palace. It's almost and hour drive there so instead of driving up there and back for both days (which is like four hours of driving) we decide to stay in a hotel within walking distance of the Salt Palace. So on Monday we leave to go to our hotel. Monday is laid back and relaxing, Tuesday we go to Hogle Zoo, Wednesday we went to the Family History Museum, Thursday I went to Orem for drama class. We're performing this Saturday at 2:00 for sure. (see previous post for my info) and on Friday it all began! Inspiration was coming at me so fast I barely had time to write it down! I even filled the rest of my note book with all the notes I took! The Forum ended with a family ball which was a lot of fun! I f any of you guys want more info on the forum (AKA a piece of inspiration that I got) just ask me, preferably in person. I could write a book on all the things I got from Forum and I don't have enough time.
Other news, you know that song I was recording? The file got deleted... again. So I won't be posting a recording anytime soon. And I am probably going to go see three a capella groups perform at the SCERA on the 28th. The groups are, Petatonix, Delilah, and BYU's Vocal Point(!) all stars from The Sing Off. Tickets are $20 if any of you want to come.
That wraps things up for now,
~Tanner (the amazing) ;)

Remember when I said I would post me singing something? I started working on that, but everything I recorded got deleted. So I started recording something on my bass. All of those files got deleted too. So now I am recording me singing again and I am hoping that it doesn't get deleted like all of the last ones. I'll keep you tuned.
Also, I'm in a performance of Thoroughly Modern Millie on the 12th at the SCERA at 2pm (I think) if you all feel inclined or obligated to watch me perform. There is also a Broadway Review that I will be participating in on the 8th and 9th at 7pm at the SCERA if you guys want to see that too.
That's all for now, till next time.

April Fool's fun
Yesterday was a blast! April 1st and General Conference. What more could you ask for in one day?
My day started with my little brother Davis bursting into my room yelling "Tanner! The White's house is on fire!" I lifted my head from my pillow, smiled and thought "Seriously Davis? I've been thinking of April Fools pranks all week!" He didn't fool me in the least. But he got Bryson good. I just hear him run upstairs throw the front door open asking "What's happening!?" and Davis replies "April Fools! Hahahaha!" Bryson wasn't to happy with that. I have no idea why he would be upset. Everyone else thought it was pretty funny...
Anyway, next I'll tell you what prank pulled for this special holiday. Some of you already know, mainly because you fell for it in some degree or other. For all of you who don't know, I'll tell you. I set my chat status to "ugh... I'm moving to London England!!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"
A lot of concerned people started chatting with me about it. I was laughing pretty hard.
Another fun and exciting part of the day was General Conference. Can I say "AMAZING!"? Because it was truly amazing! I think this was the best conference I have ever seen! I loved it! I think all will agree with me that this Conference was amazing!
The last thing I did on the first of this month was go to my friend's eagle court of honor. After it was done her walked up to me and said "you're next!" I agreed with him wholeheartedly.
His court of honor was pretty cool. His eagle project was for the Big Basin Refuge or something. And two of their employees came with three birds. A falcon, barn owl, and screech owl. Have you ever seen a screech owl? they are awesome!
But what was even more exciting then the birds was that I got the last person for my A Capella group! Now I can start making music!
That's all the updates for now. Stay tuned for more to come!
Sincerely,
~Tanner

Updates
It's been a crazy month since I last posted! I just thought that I should let you all know that I haven't given up blogging, but that I haven't found time to.
My song that I was going to post. I started recording it, but then someone escaped out of the program that I was using to record myself, and they didn't save what I had recorded. So now I have to re-record what I had already did :P
I am tying to get an A Capella group together. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find people who can sing? It's hard. Especially if you are trying to find a guy who can sing.
But I don't plan on giving up! I am determined to get this group together! I am listening to A Capella music so much that I pretty much have all of the songs memorized! I am A Capella crazy! So if you know anyone who would be interested, I would be glad to know.
Further news, I have been interning at the state capital for Utah Eagle Forum this past legislative session. Last Tuesday was the last day of the 2011-12 session, and, as tradition is, all of the interns stayed until midnight, staying up with the legislators as they continue debating and passing or rejecting legislation until they finish (by law) at midnight. It was awesome! Except me and Bryson had to drive home when we were pretty tired... call us insane, it was better then the alternative. It was actually pretty fun. We got in the car, cranked up the music and had a ball! And we made it home safely. (obviously)
